Agent Coordinators- Client Coordinator

We’re looking for Agent Coordinators to speak with warm leads—not cold—to sustain and build the top customer relationship we’ve already started. These are hourly + bonus positions with many leads to keep you busy. If you’d rather be in the field talking to people face to face, then this isn’t the position for you. But if you’re looking for a great way to use your customer service skills in a fun, high-performance culture then this might be exactly what you’ve been waiting for. If you are proficient, you can earn the right to work from home several days per week, as determined by our management team.

Responsibilities

  • Using a company-provided iPhone and laptop, you will answer or follow up on calls from people who want to buy or sell a home with Kris Lindahl Real Estate
  • You will gather some key information, enter it into our simple system and let our Agents know about this great leader.
  • Each call takes just a few minutes
  • We need coverage 7-days a week, so you will be required to flex your schedule to work every other weekend and 2 nights per week.
  • You can earn a bonus for booking appointments for our agents

Qualifications

  • Previous call center/ customer service/sales experience—required
  • High attention to detail for entering data accurately
  • Organized and ready to help
  • A personable, high-energy personality that’s never pushy
  • Ability to work in a positive, phone-based environment

Compensation
$15 hourly
