Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties has an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our growing team. We need to fill two Agent Concierge positions in our Sun Valley/Ketchum, ID office. We’re looking to invest in a candidate who is interested in team leadership, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment.
You’ll be the first point of contact for clients/customers, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure our business is running smoothly.

- Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors
- Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards
- Ensure office systems are efficient and effective including filing systems, schedules, budget, maintenance, and stock
- Demonstrates our company culture every day
- Daily agent connections
- Facilitates bringing on new agents and training
- Support Managing Director with recruiting, training, and other tasks as needed
- Is the go-to person for our agent's needs and questions
- Acts as the liaison between agents and the Corporate Services team
- Answering the phone and setting up showings
- 2+ years of management experience strongly preferred
- Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service and/or Concierge experience
- Handles fast-paced work environment with ease and grace
- Knowledge of the Real Estate industry is a plus
