• Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
• Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
• Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives
• Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop

• Evaluate businesses' and customers’ needs to propose protection plans that meet their criteria
• Maintain and monitor CRM systems, databases, and records
• Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired
• Good organization and time management skills
• Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively

• Display leadership competencies, including the ability to delegate, engage and inspire others
• Insurance experience is not required but must be coachable and willing to learn
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing
