Position Objective:
Provide the momentum to help keep the practice in a proactive state of operation; implement policies and procedures, organize and plan work assignments to meet deadlines, multitask, problem-solve, and provide support to get the job done.
Responsibilities
Service and Operations:
- File Maintenance
- Document Organization
- Monitoring phone and emails
- Oversee daily office operations
- Ensure required Compliance requirements are being met
- Update Advisors’ licenses, appointments, and contracts as needed
- Partner with Client Service Managers to monitor the process & status of new applications
- Assist in the maintenance and expansion of the CRM system
- Ownership of client service requests
- Monitor the underwriting process and update clients regularly
- Coordinate Client events, touches, and special projects
- Coordinate with marketing to approve events
Product Knowledge Development:
- Develop a clear understanding of the value added to our clients through our work
- Cross-train in the tasks involved in business processing with Client Service Managers and the Director of Operations
Qualifications
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Office
- Good general communications skills
Compensation
$27,000 - $35,000 yearly
