Marketing, advertising, and community liaison

Mill Pond Realty, Inc. is celebrating 31-years of serving the greater Saugatuck/Douglas area with premier Real Estate and Vacation Rental services. You will be responsible for managing our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. The ideal candidate must be an energetic team player who can multi-task and balance a busy workload, work independently, and one who has a strong ethic. Must have very good communication, organization, and time management skills. This position will be responsible for print and digital advertising. The right candidate must have a background (work or school) in graphic design, be an expert in all things adobe and be able to handle multiple projects at once. Some projects will be handled from start to finish (from visualization to design). Familiar with all standard print and digital specs. We are seeking an individual who can integrate all of our online and offline marketing efforts while creating more opportunities for our company and sales team. In addition, we participate in local activities like music and movies in the park. During these 8 to 10 yearly activities, you will be involved in the actual event.

Compensation based on experience

• Develop and curate engaging content for websites, social media platforms, and print
• Manage the strategy and assist with set up, of all campaigns from start to finish
• Projects include but are not limited to brochure design, flyers/postcard designs, quarterly newsletters design, social media
• Website management and maintenance
• Online property listing management
• Develop and carry out company and property marketing campaigns using a variety of media
• Ensure the brand is consistent across all platforms
• Solid project management is critical. You will need to be extremely organized, methodical and detail-oriented
• Email and database marketing management and creation
• Provide leadership and support for the design, development, and implementation of our Real Estate and vacation rental's marketing related products and service lines
• Prepare and set up community activities
• Additional marketing tasks as needed

• Experience in graphic design/marketing field
• Knowledge of digital to print production
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and google analytics
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Must be punctual and consistent
• Knowledge of Real estate or vacation rentals is a plus
• Have the ability to problem solve, research, and suggest alternative ways to save time or money
• An attitude of working together as a team to get the job done
• Be positive, outgoing, and a lifelong learner
• Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to deal with a lot of competing priorities
