Office Operations Real Estate Specialist - Conveyance Coordinator

This position is the office anchor for a very busy real estate company. This highly organized professional understands all operational functions of an office including contract time lines. Must have understanding that deals are time sensitive; good prioritization skills. Able to anticipate what busy real estate executives, top producers will need for scheduling, appointments, closings, etc. 

The role of the operations specialist will be to have the office open and operational 7 days a week in conjunction with the other directors and real estate agents. Must be very efficient and organized and be able to enact policy that ensures business flow and accuracy.

Hours for this salaried position will be 8:30-5:30 Monday through Friday with the ability to work as needed some evenings and weekends when impending business calls for time is of the essence. 

Compensation is in the $50,000 range with possible per closing fee or commission structure for experienced and PA licensed person.


The right candidate will have years of experience taking executed agreements to closing including but not limited to:

  • Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed agreement of sale
  • Coordinate title, escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal process when needed
  • Coordinate necessary inspections and when necessary assist in facilitating repairs or trouble shooting any impediment to closing
  • Submit and maintain all files as directed by broker and managers for file completion and compliance
  • Organize, create and implement policy and procedures to ensure systematic operations
  • All daily business functions of the office
  • PA real estate license preferred
  • Must be highly organized, efficient and effective
  • Must understand and have experience in real estate conveyance process for buyers and sellers
  • Must be computer fluent and able to upgrade and update all office functions to create efficiency 
  • Must be able to work effectively as a manager or director
$50,000 plus benefits and possible bonus structure
