We're hiring an organized administrative assistant to provide extraordinary customer service. Responsibilities include answering all phone calls and emails quickly and kindly, making existing office systems more efficient, buying materials for the office as needed, and planning travel arrangements and appointments for employees. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company and planning company events. Candidates should be great communicators who are driven and have great time management skills. Responsibilities

  • Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed of progress reports
  • Order office equipment and supplies as needed
  • Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community
  • Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility
  • Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
  • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
  • Generate status reports as requested so the team is informed of progress reports
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent communication
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • Minimum Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
  • Title experience preferred but not required


Compensation
$30,000 - $40,000 per year plus commission
