We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant, better known as the Director of Support, to join our growing team.
We are breaking the mold of the real estate industry and we need your help! Your mission, should you accept, will be challenging and rewarding! Lots of problem-solving needed and a variety of tasks will need to be accomplished on a daily but if you are experienced we want to give you full autonomy to get the job done in the way you want!
You'll need to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments. You will also be what we call an email fanatic. This means you will ensure that the tasks associated with the team emails are covered. Lots of those hitting us these days! You’ll also work with the team to help out, manage, and facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community.
