We are looking for someone to take on our administrative and operations tasks. Tasks will include transaction management (working with title companies to get properties to close on time), working with utility and insurance companies, creating/documenting processes and systems within the company, and light AP/AR to help out our current operations manager.

Technical Skills: Efficient with Excel, gmail, highly organized, quickbooks experience is a plus, any real estate experience is a plus but not required.

1+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant; willingness and desire to take ownership; able to take direction AND work independent of management.
Preferred: Ability to work in Office – West End Area of Pittsburgh; occasional travel
$13 - $17 an hour depending on the person/skill set.
