We're hiring an organized administrative assistant to provide extraordinary support for our small team. Responsibilities include client communication via emails and telephone, confirming appointments, gathering information needed for said appointments and misc. QuickBooks tasks. Other tasks may include organizing virtual events, research and updating our company SharePoint or reminding the team of outstanding tasks. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company and planning company events. Candidates should be great communicators who are driven and have great time management skills.
