We're hiring an organized a Part-Time administrative assistant (20 hours a week) to hand write letters, mail letters, organize mailing campaigns, buy materials for the office as needed, and planning travel arrangements and appointments for employees. You’ll also support the team by marketing the TEAM. Candidates should be great communicators who are driven and have great time management skills. Responsibilities
  • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
  • Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements
  • Order office equipment and supplies as needed
  • Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
Compensation
$14 hourly
