We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Responsibilities
- Taking calls & delivering messages
- Organize & track office supplies / documents / travel arrangements
- Manage supply inventory / Marketing materials
- Data entry / Assisting Compliance & Accounting department (training provided
Qualifications
- Must have some type of Mortgage experience
- Excellent communication, time management, & problem-solving skills
- Knowledge using Outlook, excel, etc.
- Bilingual also a plus but not required
Compensation
$17.50 - $18.50 hourly
