We're hiring an organized administrative assistant to provide extraordinary customer service. Responsibilities include preparing information submitted by clients for Broker, gathering information from clients, & keeping all information organized & flowing. The compensation listed does not include monthly performance bonuses.

  • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements

  • Prepare client submissions for Broker to quote & gather needed documentation from clients.
  • General office coordination & calendar management.

  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues

  • Detail-oriented
  • Obsessively organized
  • Customer service experience is a plus

$17 - $20 hourly
