We're hiring an organized administrative assistant to provide extraordinary customer service. Responsibilities include answering all phone calls and emails quickly and kindly, making existing office systems more efficient, buying materials for the office as needed, and supporting any and all needs of the lead agent! You’ll also support the team by marketing the company and planning company events. Candidates should be great, detail-oriented communicators who are driven and have great time management skills.   • Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Bonuses - Considered after a 60-day period

This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members
  • Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skill sets and real estate knowledge
  • Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency
  • Maintain all agent financial systems, profit and loss statements, bill payments, budgets, and business credit cards
  • Coordinate the purchasing of office equipment, marketing materials, and other business-related supplies and materials. It will also include personal work for the agent as well
  • Screening and directing phone calls; distributing correspondence
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Producing reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Assisting and supporting multiple agents with whatever they need
  • Assisting clients and helping them to have an extraordinary experience
  • Managing day-to-day office operations
  • Hold agents accountable for conducting all agreed-upon lead generation activities
  • Ensure all agent activities are limited to listing and showing properties, negotiating contracts, lead generation, and relationship building
  • (Eventually) Hiring, training, and holding team members accountable
  • This person will LOVE checklists and "to do" lists and will love paperwork


  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Prior experience in office management or the real estate industry is a plus
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Outstanding organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy; up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly
  • Knowledge of Google, Evernote, and One Drive is a plus
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once
  • Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • The candidate will need to be willing to obtain a real estate license upon hiring (the agent will reimburse)
  • Comfortable handling strong personalities
  • Must be thorough and LOVE to-do lists
  • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will do anything and everything they need to in order to free their agents up to sell
