We are searching for a diligent office executive assistant to provide Real Estate administrative support for a busy team leader. You’ll be responsible for responding to our client's needs in a friendly, resourceful, and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, keeping track of clients' deals, producing and sending mailings, and marketing our brand through social media, community events and print/digital media.
Applicants should be thorough, possess excellent communication skills, must be tech-savvy, (Google Drive, Excel, Gmail, and other programs), and have some background in customer service.
We are looking for someone who can take the initiative to make our workflow more efficient and who can implement/execute systems that are already in place. Organizational skills are a must.
Must be trustworthy and reliable, and hold high standards for yourself as well so we can all grow together to the next level.
Start at $18/hour 20 hours a week in the beginning then it gets ramped up and in accordance with experience. Opportunity for bonuses based on the team's performance.
