We're hiring an organized administrative assistant to provide extraordinary customer service. Responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, making existing office systems more efficient, and buying materials for the office and work center location as needed. You’ll also support the team by marketing the company and planning company events. Candidates should be great communicators who are driven and have great time management skills. - Greet agent, staff, and guests in a professional manner
- Manage incoming phone calls
- Collect and manage office mail and checks
- Keep office area clean and organized.
- Assist with various administrative tasks
- Organize and manage brokerage training, and events
Desired experience and attributes:
- Professional, organized, service-oriented, dependable, punctual, likes working with people!
- Flexibility - you can switch gears between detail-oriented tasks and communicating with the public and recover well from interruptions
- Experience using Google Suite: Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Calendar
- Willingness and aptitude to learn industry software programs: Follow Up Boss, RealTracs, etc.
- Administrative and customer service experience preferred
- Real estate experience and bilingual Spanish/English a plus!
- Average of 20 hours; additional hours may be available weekly with advance notice
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: In-person - The Gulch, Nashville
$18 - $20 hourly
About The Ashton Real Estate Group Of Re/Max Advantage
Flexible but mostly 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Must reside in Middle TN - report to the office 1-2 days per week, otherwise remote. Training will be in person before transitioning to remote work.
