Hill Financial Group is looking for an energetic office assistant to join out team as the Director of First Impressions. The primary duty of this position will be to serve as the first point of contact with clients and the community, providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include building reception and management, event planning, and marketing our brand to the community through social media and other platforms. Applicants should be extremely organized and detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service.   • Coordinate client events and community outreach projects
  • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, social media, etc. that highlight our brand
  • Assist with building management including scheduling the conference room, tenant invoices, distributing mail, ordering supplies, and directing visitors to the correct office
  • Maintains high level of client service including appointment reminders, answering & making phone calls, contact updates, and some paperwork
  • Understand policies & maintain accurate records required by compliance
  • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements


  • Customer service, marketing, and/or administrative experience is preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and follow-up with and meet deadlines without close supervision
  • Navigates computer programs with ease and has the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Completes tasks in a timely manner and manages time effectively
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • History of being extremely organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred

$16 - $17 hourly
