We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support to our Real Estate Firm. You’ll be responsible for responding to all people within a transaction in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes which includes coordinating real estate transactions, scheduling appointments, keeping appointments organized, closing files, and write business letters among other tasks. Responsible for ordering office equipment, Must be able to be a self-learner and be self sufficent. Fast-paced environment so you must be able to multi-task well. Responsibilities
  • Buy materials for the office when necessary
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
Qualifications
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
Compensation
$16 - $18 hourly
