We're hiring an organized administrative assistant to be the glue that holds our office together! A typical day will include answering phone calls and emails quickly and kindly, making existing office systems more efficient, managing office supplies and assisting with planning company events.   • Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner
  • Order office equipment and supplies as needed
  • Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel

  • Performs clerical duties, including but no limited to, filing correspondence, placing office orders, and answering calls
  • Sorts and distributes incoming mail
  • Arranges meetings by reserving rooms and managing refreshments
  • Maintains front desk, greets and directs guests
  • Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary to include company apparel and PPE
  • Manage office, kitchen, and janitorial supply inventory
  • Manage and prepare incoming and outgoing shipments via FedEx, UPS, and USPS

  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
$18 - $19 yearly
