We’re looking for an efficient, part-time administrative assistant who can help us improve our productivity. Your responsibilities will include managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange events in the community. Responsibilities

  •  Ensure filing systems are kept orderly and up to date
  • Answer phone calls and emails and relay important messages to increase our productivity
  • Do other assigned tasks as needed
  • Coordinate marketing events and client activities
  • Oversee all listing files and listing marketing (Brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.)
  • Manage website, blog sites, and social media
  • Day to day office tasks from agent


Qualifications

  • Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet/social media skills
  • Take the initiative to finish tasks responsibly
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • Previous work experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, executive assistant, or related job experience, such as business administration
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents 
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality


Compensation
$16 - $18 per hour
