We're looking for a professional, friendly administrative assistant. Your primary job will be to serve as the first point of contact with all clients, providing excellent customer service. Additional administrative duties include increasing productivity by creating and following office protocols, scheduling important appointments, purchasing office supplies as needed and other inventory, assisting with billing and proposals and assisting in marketing our brand online. Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner
  • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
  • Oversee online and print marketing efforts
  • Buy materials for the office when necessary
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties

  • Assist with all aspects to get daily tasks accomplished
  • Assist with light bookkeeping as necessary
  • WORK WITH THE TEAM AS A TEAM

Qualifications
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner

  • Focused and driven to provide quality service in every aspect

Compensation
$17 - $20 hourly
