We are looking for someone who has some prior experience in real estate and office work, but if you have the initiative to make your effort count and the ability to learn quickly we welcome your application! Hours are flexible but weekend work will be required and if you need more hours we can discuss the possibility of some weekday afternoons as well.
This is a supportive position that will involve many different duties throughout our multiple offices, primarily in Marlton and Cherry Hill. In addition to faxing, scanning, filing, and answering phones you will be trained in a variety of other administrative tasks as required.
It will be important for you to be comfortable with technology and have the confidence to trouble shoot minor technical problems. We are a service company and good people skills will be required for this position. We are looking for a candidate who is polite and confident in daily interactions with customers, coworkers, and on the phone.
