  • Manage office’s administrative duties including day-to-day operations
  • Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
  • Assist with marketing and CRM
  • Data entry and reporting
  • Help manage calendars
  • Assist with monthly events such as Happy Hours, Info Nights, New Hire Orientations


  • A valid Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one
  • Ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Great communication skills
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Customer service experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Consistent and persistent
  • 2+ years of administrative and/or marketing experience
