Need an “A” Player for our Team (Greater Cincinnati)

We are a real estate investing company who is looking for an enthusiastic “A” player to join our team. We are in need of someone who can utilize social media, keep us organized and help with the execution of daily tasks. This is not for someone who has a full-time job and looking for a second because it requires flexibility in your schedule with the availability to meet or work from home as needed.

Type of Person:

  • You must be a highly motivated self-started
  • You must proactively seek opportunities to do your job more efficiently and effectively
  • You anticipate what needs to be done and don’t wait to be told what to do
  • You are reliable
  • You understand the importance of systems in a business
  • You thrive in a fast paced, quick changing environment
  • You are resourceful, can do attitude. Drama free
  • You are skilled at managing time and prioritizing work
  • You could not imagine leaving home without a notebook, pen and your calendar
  • You must work well with other team members and add value
  • You must have a smart phone, computer and your own transportation
  • You have no greater sense of accomplishment then putting a smile on someone’s face

You should also be:

  • Well organized, with special attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt and learn new things quickly, thoroughly and in detail
  • Know how to Google anything and everything and able to do online research
  • Have interpersonal skills, and are comfortable talking to and dealing with people---via phone, email, Skype, courier pigeon or whatever
  • Have a go with the flow attitude. This is a fast moving forever changing business

Position duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining and organizing databases and spreadsheets either with Excel or using Google docs to manage leads and set reminders for follow up and schedules.
  • Managing multiple marketing campaigns (online and snail mail) and keeping track of them with databases.
  • Completing paperwork and organizing files.
  • Running errands and occasionally being a courier.

  • Part time with flexible schedule (Not for someone looking for a 2nd part time position) 
  • Self starter
  • Must have cell phone, computer and have own transportation


Compensation
$11.00 hr + bonus
