The Matt Harnick Team, a top-performing, community-oriented real estate team in Blue Bell, PA, is looking for a detailed, organized support person to expand its operations department and build their marketing division. This small team is seeking a focused self-starter and problem-solver with a commitment to growth, who complements their talented group. This person will help support the operations team and keep things running smoothly. They will help manage and execute the team's marketing plan, including overseeing as well as executing each component of the team's business/social media marketing plan, the listing marketing plans, all lead generation programs/plans, and the systems to track and cultivate leads generated (our customer retention management system- CRM).

The right candidate will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". They work well independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment to support the team and contribute to overall success. They will enjoy using their creativity to come up with out of the box solutions, as well as design marketing materials and social media posts, and plan client events.   • Salary Range is: $40,000 - $42,500
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Bonuses - Considered after a 60-day period

  • Support the operations manager
  • Work on team projects as needed
  • Oversee, create, and implement marketing plans for the agents, team, and listing
  • Plan and execute client events
  • Manage all sales and marketing technology and systems
  • Create, implement, and improve systems and processes to help the team run smoothly and efficiently, creating manuals and SOPs for future team growth
  • Guide clients through the listing process from start to finish and ensure a smooth transaction and positive experience 
  • Manage and organized client and vender databases/CRMs
  • Schedule appointment and events
  • Deliver and pick up signage and lockboxes and from the listings (mileage will be reimbursed) 
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and venders, answering questions and responding in a timely manner
  • This person will LOVE checklists, creating, and "to do" lists and will love paperwork.


  • College degree in Marketing or related field/experience
  • Must have access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Willing to obtain a real estate license to better support team operations (Agent will reimburse)
  • Outstanding organization
  • Tech savvy; up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly
  • Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload - can work on multiple projects at once
  • Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time
