The ideal candidate will be an individual who has a passion for creating and maintaining systems to build, implement and manage client relationships and brand recognition with minimal supervision.

We are looking for someone who will be committed to supporting the group's success, growing their own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the team. 

You will be intimately involved in developing ways to help our group communicate the value we bring to the community while ensuring that all administrative tasks of the lead agent's business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.   • Build, implement and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management and back office support
  • Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials and advertising campaigns
  • Design and implement monthly newsletters
  • Oversee all listing files and listing marketing (Brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc)
  • Manage website, blog sites and social media
  • SEO development and tracking analytics
  • Manage contract to close process
  • Support the company and agent tracking of incoming leads/prospects and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Be the point of contact in handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Continue to take day to day office tasks away from agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies
  • Post and maintain all listings in MLS
  • Bookkeeping, tracking spreadsheets and expense reports
  • Research and develop new systems that will benefit the group
  • Manage day to day office needs
  • Oversee scheduling and hold weekly meetings
  • Ensure that company messages and materials are accurate and consistent
  • Maintain shared calendar
  • Act as liaison between clients and brokers
  • Design and establish all marketing for group events, open houses and new listings
  • Arrange all closing gifts and events


  • Tech savvy. Ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience with Adobe Suite (Creative Cloud)(intermediate)
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy with documents
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and be very organized
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, reading, writing)
  • Self motivation, initiative and ability to follow through tasks to completion
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly
  • A true professional, who supports the entire group in achieving their goals
  • Experience in real estate is preferred but not required
  • Marketing experience preferred but not required
  • B.S/B.A in marketing or related field is a plus


$30,000 - $45,000 salary with potential bonus incentives
