To oversee our residential real estate administrative department, which includes three assistants. Make weekly calls to our clients to check-in on them. Negotiate offers and request for repairs, and make sure the file is fully complete at all times. Report weekly to the team leader.

  • Negotiate our listing purchase contract
  • Negotiate our request of repairs
  • Manage our admin support 
  • Be the voice and face of our administration team

Qualifications
  • Must have an active Arizona Real Estate License
  • Must have 1+ years in residential real estate
  • Must work from our Tempe Location
Compensation
$17 an hour
