We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is in the real estate business and is looking to grow within a highly successful and driven TEAM.  We will ensure your success if you are the right candidate.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities. Problem solve and navigate through various situations and have the ability to step in and resolve concerns/problems and provide solutions for team members and clients.

Support all company growth activities. Help build, implement and manage different systems in the business from an operations standpoint. Committed to completing tasks with quality and accuracy. 

Looking for a new team member that is highly coachable through education and personal growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build, implement and manage all systems for client lead generation, database management and back office support 
  • Oversee all listing files and listing marketing (brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.) as well as coordinate sign installation and photographs 
  • Maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards 
  • Keep agent informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled 
  • Work with all preferred vendors, including professional photographers, contractors, etc. 
  • Streamline daily office tasks for agent, organize workflow and reduce inefficiencies  
  • Keep detailed tracking spreadsheets and financial reports 
  • Assist in marketing responsibilities, social media and other various websites (will train if needed)
  • Manage day to day office needs 
  • Provide concierge level customer service to clients and customers

Qualifications

  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities 
  • Learning based and solution oriented 
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual preferred) 
  • Proficient in time management 
  • Self-motivation, initiative and ability to follow tasks to completion 
  • A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals

Compensation
$35,000 plus bonus

The Falero Team is growing rapidly with 5 agents currently working full time and more on the way. We are currently partnered with an ISA, a transaction coordinator, a preferred Title company, and two preferred lenders. Our office is located near the Keller Williams Pembroke Pines location in the Hampton Office Suites. 

The Falero Team is a group of achievers who consistently produce a high volume of sales per year. Our team has produced an average of over $25,000,000 in sales volume and has closed an average of between 50-65 transactions per year over the past 2 years.
