This person will take charge of general marketing and operations of the team and be the lead on providing fiduciary customer service to clients and the firms agents. 

This individual must be highly trustworthy—in addition to being the first point of contact to the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers and finances.

This person will relish the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities and will be eager to demonstrate the ability to push the firm closer to achieving its goals. This individual is deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing his / her own skills and developing into a leader within the organization. As he / she succeeds in the role, this person may ultimately be responsible for hiring, training and leading additional team members to success.


  • Provide high level customer service to clients and agents
  • Develop marketing on individual property listings as well as the general marketing of the firm and its brand
  • Work with leadership to achieve profitability targets and coordinate AP/AR

  • Has a track record of leadership and achievement
  • Understands and demonstrates high level customer service
  • Proficient in computer technology systems, especially social media, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detailed and organized
  • Able to meet deadlines and exceed standards with minimal supervision
  • Able to handle interruptions and changes in priorities with positivity 
  • Displays a high level of professionalism, accountability and responsibility
