Keller Williams Premier Real Estate is looking for a vibrant, talented person to join out Real Estate Company! The DFI (Director of First Impressions) primary responsibilities include working in an extremely fast-paced environment. This person will be detailed-oriented, have the ability to prioritize and multi-task, a self-starter has a professional presence, and personable. The DFI is the first source of contact that agents and clients will see when they come in and help agents acclimate to the Keller Williams systems, tools and technology. This person will also seek ways to improve their industry knowledge and build up those around them both personally and professionally. 


Providing an outstanding level of customer service by:

  • Answering phones with warmth and friendliness and routing call correctly
  • Directing visitors to appointments and closings
  • Keeping common areas neat, orderly and prepared for business
  • Handling earnest money in accordance with state regulations

Provide support and feedback to leadership on all matters directing relating to the productivity and operation of the market center by:

  • Maintaining office and agent supplies
  • Being a supportive figure to the agents and bringing any concerns to light to the appropriate person
  • Receive and sort mail and delivers
  • Assist other staff with planning and execution of all market center events such as, RED Day, Christmas party, monthly team meetings etc.
  • Encourage agents to attend by understanding and sharing the values these events bring
  • Maintain the education calendar and distributing electronically daily, weekly and monthly
  • Maintain the phone list and distribute it as needed
  • Developing and executing a marketing plan for company social media accounts for Facebook and Instagram
  • Learning about all the technology offerings KW brings to the agents and sharing it with enthusiasm and excitement about the positive changes they will bring to their business
  • Troubleshooting minor copier and computer issues and they arise and place service calls as needed
  • Other duties as assigned  
  • Must be computer efficient, including Microsoft Office - to include Publisher, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess excellent phone skills
  • Be able to multi-task
About Keller Williams Premier Realty

You will be working directly with 140+ agents in our market center office located in North Peoria as well as our leadership team.
