This individual will be assigned an array of tasks and responsibilities, and he/she must be solutions based! Such tasks include coaching/training sales agents, managing listing duties, marketing properties, assisting with the negotiation of contracts and inspection items, driving client communication and customer service, and white-boarding strategies for growth and opportunity creation.
The Ops Manager must desire the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities and will be eager to demonstrate his/her ability to push the team closer to achieving its goals. It is the company's desire to make the Ops Manager a true partner of the Sales Team Leader and, upon achieving specific objectives, aim to create real estate team expansion opportunities in other Arizona cities.
As he/she succeeds in the role, this person may ultimately be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional listing team members to profitable results. Real Estate license required. A strong work ethic, a competitive spirit, and the desire to get better each and every day are mandatory for this role.
