Looking for a highly organized, social individual to fit the position of Association Executive for the Springfield Board of REALTORS®. A qualified Individual would possess excellent communication skills, coordination expertise, personal initiative, ability to work independently, computer/social media skills, experience with Quickbooks, bookkeeping, Microsoft Office, and strong project management capabilities. 

The AE reports to the President of the Board of Directors and assumes most of the responsibilities to the effective running and strong growth of the Association. Grant research and grant writing is a plus. Association executive and/or real estate experience a plus. 

The position requires some travel; pay $13-$15hr DOE, and is part time (20 hours a week). Deadline to apply is July 31, 2017. Located in Springfield, Oregon.


Responsibilities

  • Quickbooks entry and membership roster management
  • Project and Event management
  • Communication between the board and association members
  • Social Media, and website updating/posting

Qualifications

  • Reliable and dependable
  • Extremely well organized, and able to organize others as well
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Some real estate industry knowledge is helpful but not required

Compensation

$13-15 per hour
