The Transaction Coordinator is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of organization and constant communication. This individual must provide exceptional customer service, be solutions-oriented and calm under pressure. The overriding marker of his/her behavior is persistence and stability.

Compensation Details:

  • $40,000 -$45,000 base salary

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and act as a liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers during the process and effectively manage the administrative tasks and deadlines involved 
  • Communicate daily with the clients to serve as the first point of contact/resource for all questions that arise throughout the closing process, send them reminders, check-in, and let them know what to expect for next steps
  • Coordinate and schedule inspections, appraisals and closings and notify all parties
  • Stay in communication with the agent if any issues arise that they need to handle or negotiate
  • Create, complete and submit all documents and contracts necessary for compliance and completion of the sale
  • Management of all files and task lists with 100% accuracy in Trello and MLS (our transaction management and listing software)
  • Earn and request reviews and referrals from clients throughout and at the end of the closing process
  • Assist Director of Operations with marketing tasks and the planning and implementation of client events or other tasks as needed

Compensation
$40,000 - $50,000
