This is a full-time position at our Enola, PA office

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the onboarding process for agents using system and checklists, both experienced and new
  • Holding monthly agent orientations, and/or weekly check-in with experienced agents within the 90-day Engagement Training
  • Assist with daily operational needs which will include mail sorting, supply orders, and front office support
  • Assist with greeting guests at the Front desk and providing five-star service
  • Assist with Conference Room reservations
  • Send a weekly email to staff and ALC announcing all new agents, including who hired them, their bio, and their contact info for the team to reach out and welcome
  • Follow intake process and checklist for all incoming and exiting agents
  • Provide daily and weekly reporting of agent onboarding and retention
  • Assist with Listing Input
  • Manage office calendar of events
  • Coordinate programming with MCA
  • Create relevant marketing collateral
  • Market events through multiple channels
  • Assist and manage social media accounts
  • Assist with training agents in using KW Tools and Technology
  • Setup training room, audio/visual, and other facility needs if applicable
  • Assist with all Market Center events, not limited to RED Day, training events, food drives, BOLD lunch coordination, weekly setup when in Market Center, and many other activities throughout the year.
  • Develop and execute a plan to implement shared services in the Market Center and engage associates during the onboarding process
  • Other special projects as directed

  • Report data and metrics to the market center leadership team on an ongoing basis
  • Define, implement, and manage how associates will engage in each shared services program
  • Track results, review, and ensure the program is profitable through establishing a business plan and sharing results with the MC Leadership team

Qualifications

Compensation
$37,000 - $40,000 yearly
