The ideal candidate will possess a background in Real Estate; however, this is not a requirement. Candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere and will pay special attention to detail. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". They will be an “outside the box” thinker and problem solver, will work well in both a team setting and independently. Experience with Contact Retention Management Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire operation of the portfolio including but not limited to financial aspects, property showings, move-ins, notices to vacate, move-outs, unit turns, daily management and inspections
  • Display outstanding customer service skills by keeping a clear line of communication with tenants, owners, and vendors
  • Responsible for initial on-boarding of new client portfolio(s)
  • Oversee and confirm that all daily maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner
  • Update Vendors list and ensure all vendors have properly invoiced their jobs
  • Run, monitor, analyze and share all monthly reports
  • Constantly analyze the coordination and on-boarding processes for improvements to up efficiency
  • Keep property management (Property Matrix) and project management (Asana) tasks and projects updated on a daily basis
  • Manage virtual/remote support staff
  • Build and maintain client relationships (with owners AND tenants). We want clients for life

Compensation

$35,000 - $45,000
