Our investment firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience in real estate. This will be a catch all position, which will have many duties and the ideal candidate will excel at problem solving. This person must be ready and willing to take on any and all task given and take initiative.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the administration of the business
  • Maintain and create daily and weekly reports/spreadsheets
  • Create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up
  • Open new and/or transfer electric, gas, and water utilities for properties
  • Assist team with anything needed day to day
  • Payroll tracking to send to CPA
Qualifications
  • Must be tech savvy, have reliable transportation and a multi-task master
  • Professional and a true team player 
  • Extremely well organized and help organize others as well
  • Quick learner and self starter who takes initiative
  • Ability to think outside of the box and problem solve
  • Transaction coordinating background a plus

*Bilingual is a plus


Compensation
$35,000 Annual Salary

We are a real estate investment firm that does 100+ transactions a year. We advertise and purchase houses from sellers who want to sell outside of the traditional seller/realtor transaction.

We work with real estate agents, other professionals and directly with homeowners to provide us with below market value houses. We close fast, buy "as is", have an amazing reputation and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.
