Our mission is to create a first class buying and selling experience for all of our clients and we are seeking a Transaction Coordinator / Administrative Assistant who is passionate about helping us reach our objectives and supporting the team.


We are very busy real estate team. We are looking for a very skilled transaction coordinator to take our listings from offer to close. You would be a licensed realtor. 

Responsibilities

  • Present offers and BNSRS and addendums to sellers
  • Run the file from offer to close with everything in between
  • Do weekly updates with the sellers
  • Gather data from the lender, buyer agent, and title company

Qualifications
  • Must have an Arizona Real Estate License 
  • Must be willing to work from our Tempe Office Monday - Friday - 40 hours a week
Compensation
$15.00 an hour
