Our mission is to create a first class buying and selling experience for all of our clients and we are seeking a Transaction Coordinator / Administrative Assistant who is passionate about helping us reach our objectives and supporting the team.


We are very busy real estate team. We are looking for a very skilled transaction coordinator to take our listings from offer to close. You would be a licensed realtor. 

Responsibilities

1. Present offers and BNSRS and addendums to sellers

2. Run the file from offer to close with everything in between

3. Do weekly updates with the sellers

  • Gather data from the lender, buyer agent, and title company

Qualifications

  • Must have an Arizona Real Estate License 
  • Must be willing to work from our Tempe Office Monday - Friday - 40 hours a week

Compensation

$15 an hour
