Our fast-paced real estate firm is seeking an energetic, cheerful, detail-oriented administrator able to handle multiple requests daily. 

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and an understanding of web-based programs/systems. 

40 hours per week, strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. 


  • Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing
  • Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance
  •  Input all client information into the client database system


  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet skills 
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents 
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities 
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities 
  • Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

$15 hourly
