We are seeking a dedicated, experienced administrative professional to fill a flex-time position supporting two high producing agents. Position starts at 20-25 hours per week with growth potential. Some weekend hours as needed. Real estate experience highly preferred and licensed agents are welcome.

The position offers varied responsibilities daily and a very nice office environment in the center of Moorestown. Candidates for this position are friendly, energetic, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Must have command of technology and be computer savvy. Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and an exceptional phone manner. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook required, PowerPoint helpful) required. 

This critical position requires someone who can be interrupted frequently, maintain an exceptional attitude, and share our belief that the interests of our clients come first.


  • Implement and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management and back office support
  • Oversee all listing files and listing marketing (Brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.)
  • Act as a liaison between clients and agents
  • Complete weekly reports and monthly updates for properties in our pipeline
  • Work with the Title Company as a secondary liaison on any necessary documentation to help get the property to a successful closing
  • Continue to take day to day office task away from the agents, organize work flow and reduce inefficiencies.


  • Technology savvy with the ability to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common problems.  Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and other Internet skills. PowerPoint helpful
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relations with a variety of personalities
  • Able to stay calm and patient with faced with emotional situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in time management


$12/hour + bonuses
