As the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in the Pembroke Pines market center, you are the face of the market center, on the phone and in person. We have 300 agents from diverse backgrounds and nationalities. This is a key position that impacts the success of the office and agents. Exceptional customer service is a must for you. You’re friendly, enthusiastic and professional appearance wows agents, clients and guests consistently!

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, Publisher and Powerpoint
  • Manage social media to improve agent and company recognition
  • Answer and route phone calls from multiple phone lines
  • Ability to juggle phones, agents in person, guests and support tasks while maintaining a pleasant attitude
  • Receive sort, distribute mail and phone messages
  • Maintain office inventory and order supplies
  • Support hospitality in market center- coffee, lunch room setup up, team meetings, guest comfort
  • Support Team Leader and Market Center Administrator as necessary
  • Support the maintenance of office equipment including printers, copy machine, phones
  • Help with new agent on-boarding and understanding of Keller Williams’ Technology
  • Ensure office is always business-ready


  • Outgoing professional appearance and demeanor with lots of positive energy
  • Past experience in a high level customer service environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; great phone etiquette
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with an eye for improving things
  • Willingness to take initiative and be an exceptional team player
  • Strong ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish (highly desirable)
  • MLS experience (desired)
  • Advanced technology skills-internet, social media, website maintenance/blogs, mobile, windows and mac

$30,000 - $35,000 yearly
