This critical Receptionist position requires someone who is pleasant since you create the important first impression of our firm. The ideal person can handle frequent interruptions, maintain an exceptional attitude, handle details with precision and accuracy and work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be self-motivated, have strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and ability to problem solve.

Position is full-time, Monday to Friday 9 a.m - 5 p.m.


  • Handle all incoming phone calls at the front desk and welcome all walk-ins, offer beverages to guests, keep reception area and conference room cleaned and organized
  • Various administrative duties
  • Look and dress professionally with business attire and be presentable as he/she will be the face of the company
  • Full time, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

$12.50 per hour
