I am a very busy, top producing Realtor looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant who will manage the back end and operational side of my business so I can focus on sales and client care.

My ideal candidate has worked within real estate, mortgage or title, knows the lingo and understands the basics of our industry. However, I'd be interested in speaking with those who have worked within the legal profession or other fields where accuracy, consistency and steadiness is expected and delivered. There will be client and vendor interaction, but you won't be physically surrounded by a lot of people every day. You'll need to be comfortable with often working solo and in a more solitary environment. 

Rather than telling you what to do each day, I'll expect that in short order you'll come to "own" your position, know what needs to be tackled and completed, and will come to me with ideas, platforms, and processes that will increase my efficiency and positively impact my bottom line. You'll be able to self-manage, act as my eyes and ears, and function as my gatekeeper so I can work free of distractions. You’ll be a vital and valued member of my team!

In addition, my ideal candidate will demonstrate great proficiency with technology, is comfortable with all digital/social platforms, and has experience using Microsoft Office, Google Apps and a CRM. If you're a reliable team player who loves to crush their to-do list, I'd love to hear from you. There is opportunity for growth and I seek someone who wants to be in it for the long haul.

Position will be 25 hours per week, located in Sea Girt, NJ.

  • Organize and maintain my daily schedule.
  • Manage and maintain the database/CRM.
  • Input/update listings, coordinate and execute promotion.
  • Track transactions successfully to settlement.
  • Track all numbers pertaining to sales, expenses and marketing.
  • Represent me professionally while communicating with clients, vendors and service providers. 


  • Previous experience with a CRM.
  • Tech, digital, and social media savvy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional in attitude, demeanor, and appearance.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Real estate license a plus but not required.

$15 per hour plus monthly bonus
