The ideal candidate will have to be:

  • Great communicators and creative
  • Prefers a more stable, repetitive work environment.
  • Excellent with computers, social media and programs like publisher, canvas (or something similar), Microsoft office etc

Responsibilities
  • Build, implement and manage all systems for marketing, lead generation and database management 
  • Oversee all listing and office promotion marketing (Brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.)
  • Accurate and attentive to detail
  • Manage website, blog sites and social media, crmls and our own systems we use 
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
  • Provide concierge level customer service to agents, clients and customers
  • Work with all preferred vendors, including professional photographers, contractors, etc.
  • Shall send out weekly reminders of upcoming critical dates via email
Qualifications
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills. Really good user of the web and able to blog and customize websites.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Concerned with doing things the right way the first time
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals
Compensation
$15-$18 per hour; can be part time or full time
