Top real estate team in Southeastern Michigan seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant who is experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented. The individual we are seeking takes pride in their work, enjoys a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting the team to reach our objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration in real estate, leasing, title or mortgage. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must.

We are seeking someone who adheres to the highest ethical standards, possesses impeccable attention to detail and exhibits an exceptional professional manner. Must be organized, be able to work in a team environment or alone, will take direction well but knows how to take initiative and be a creative thinker. We are searching for a person that will be able to work autonomously with written directions and resources available to them. They will be able to create and implement new systems utilizing the resources available to them through the expansive database of company training. A knack for superior customer service is a MUST as a client interface is a daily requirement (phone, email, and in-person). A background in basic accounting will be a huge plus.

  • Continue to take day to day office tasks away from lead agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies 
  • Manage team profit and loss statements  
  • Market team listings and manage them from appointment to contract 
  • Manage social media, team website, blogs 
  • Monitor third party sites and business expenditures  
  • Keep agent informed about challenges and issues that need to be handled  
  • Provide concierge level customer service to clients and customers 
  • Work with all preferred vendors, including professional photographers, contractors, etc.
  • Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards 
  • Maintain a work schedule of 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekends or evenings

  • Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities

$15.00 per hour with unlimited growth potential
