Looking for a full time assistant for a top producing real estate agent. 

Do you work with a sense of urgency and are committed to completing projects on time? Do you like to work independently and are detail oriented? Do you have the management ability to keep a real estate professional on task and focused?

We are looking for a full time employee to assist a busy agent with tasks such as marketing management, incoming calls, activities around listings, and tracking key indicators of the business. Selling is not part of the job.

Qualifications

  • Currently licensed or in the process of obtaining real estate license preferred
Skills required include: 

  • Social media platforms
  • Desktop publishing (Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent) 
  • Video editing (iMovie or equivalent) preferred
  • Able to create and manage data in spreadsheets
