We are seeking office support for a real estate team to insure timely communication and excellent customer experience. Every day has a different pace and needs. Our valued team member will be able to adjust quickly.
1. Develops and implements systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, contact database management, and back office support. Ensures that all systems and processes run efficiently, making revisions as needed.
2. Creates and maintains an Operations Manual that documents all systems and standards.
3. Develops and maintains all team filing systems (listings, contracts, legal, correspondences, etc.) and computer databases. This includes making sure that all reference material and forms are available and current.
4. Serves as the first point of contact in handling customer inquires or concerns.
5. Responsible for keeping the team leader informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled.
6. Help with showings, meeting inspectors, or errands as needed.
7. Prepare marketing materials for print; web applications.
- Excellent Computer Skills and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Must have a Servant Heart and enjoy going the extra mile for the customer.
- Prior Real Estate Experience is preferred.
$25,000-50,000+ based on performance
