The ideal candidate will have experience in administration in real estate, leasing, title or mortgage. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. We are not micro-managers and will expect someone to think on their feet, problem solve and be able to take on a project or task and run with it.
If you are organized this position is a fit - we deal with a lot of information and you must be able to put on many different hats during the course of the day.
Excellent communication and client service skills are a must. We are looking for someone who is organized, efficient, social media savvy and excited to organize our leads and help us hire other agents and other office personnel down the road as we grow.
We want to make sure no lead goes unanswered and no detail is missed when it comes to newsletters, marketing and scheduling.

If you have real estate admin experience already, that is a HUGE plus. Since our clients tend to be from all over the world, speaking other languages is another huge plus. If you don't have either but the rest seems to resonate and you are a fit, we will train the right person.
Our revenue has grown substantially over the past 3 years and there is simply more work than our team can handle.
