Seeking a hard working Administrative Assistant who can streamline processes and create outstanding results!

I'm looking for a world class Administrative Assistant who can streamline my processes, increase my efficiency and create a satisfying outcome for my clients.  

The ideal candidate will have experience in the field of generating and responding to leads and experience in the field of real estate, mortgage, title or law office. The natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction is critical in this position. Excellent communication and client service skills are a must.

Candidate must have competence and confidence using all google platforms and apps, as well as Microsoft office. You must be comfortable with technology and have the ability to demonstrate proficiency with all forms of digital media.  

It is important to note you will may not be sitting in a chair all day every day. I may need you to meet a photographer, bring a few staging items to a home, etc. (you do not need to have a car).

You are an organized, detail oriented, supportive team player committed to getting things done right - the first time! You take pride in executing and completing tasks with precision, accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Build, implement and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management and back office support
  • Set up appointments and compile feedback on showings
  • Oversee all listing files and listing marketing (Brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.)
  • Manage website, blog sites and social media
  • Create, maintain and utilize a complete lead follow-up system
  • Continue to take day to day office tasks away from agent, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies
Qualifications
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Flexible in daily routine, ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities
  • Deadline driven and extremely organized
  • Able to stay calm and patient when faced with emotional situations
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities
  • Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality
Compensation
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour plus bonuses per transaction
