I am looking for part-time administrative assistant who is excited to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Enter critical dates daily into Calendar
  • Use and update database management
  • Oversee and manage multiple Virtual Assistants on Upwork
  • Manage websites and social media
  • Provide written updates for all "Active Deals" daily
  • Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Work with people as a secondary liaison on any necessary information/documentation to help get the property(s) to a successful closing
  • Continue to take day to day office tasks away, organizing workflow and reducing inefficiencies

Prefer someone with two or more of the following backgrounds, but not required:

  • Social Media Marketing
  • Real Estate
  • Website Development and Coding
  • AutoCAD
  • Modular Construction

  • Deadline driven and extremely organized
  • Technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents
  • Able to make quick and effective decisions, solve problems, as well as maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in time management

$12 per hour
