We are looking for a "Wow Coordinator" to provide a "Wow" experience for our customers.

The Steve Trang Group at Stunning Homes Realty is one of the highest performing real estate teams in the market. We have helped over 100 families buy or sell their homes each year of the past three years while providing excellent service. We've received recognition from the industry as well as high praises from our clients. We are looking to hire a Client Experience Coordinator to assist in all email, phone and social media customer service efforts for our growing customer base.

You will be working with Steve Trang and will be a key member of his exceptional customer and client support team. You will also work directly with an incredibly talented, passionate and high-performing "A-Team" that is committed to making a significant impact in the lives of those achievers who choose to "Be The Exception".

You are qualified for this position if you have experience:

  • Planning fun events.
  • Problem-solving a wide variety of technical and logistical questions efficiently.
  • Foreseeing potential breakage points (and solutions) for pro-active customer care.
  • Utilizing your wicked-awesome persuasion and marketing skills in every day communication.
  • Managing many projects at once with speed, efficiency and poise.
  • "Thinking on your feet," are well-organized and results-driven.

Must be consistently available each of the 5 days during the week, Monday-Friday.

Compensation: BETTER than competitive.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute 4 quarterly client events
  • Greet clients at client events
  • Manage client database
  • Check on clients regularly after close


Qualifications

  • Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent (or willing to get licensed prior to start date)
  • World class event planner
  • Positive/bubbly personality
  • Loves to buy gifts
  • 3+ years relevant work experience in customer service
  • Excellence and world-class quality work is the only acceptable standard
  • Positive, friendly and good humored personality
  • Mature, wise, poised and polished professional with savvy grasp of written and verbal communications to serve and educate clients via email, phone, and social media
  • Fast, efficient and proficient work as part of a high performing team
  • Exceptional Internet researching skills. Familiar with many advanced tools, strategies and resources to find and discover desired information and resources
  • Proficient skills in Excel and/or Google Docs
  • Experience using a CRM


Compensation
$36,000 base with potential to make $$75,000 or more
